JD Associates hosted a conference room packed with existing and potential clients with Jim Dion as the key note speaker. Jim’s insights into recession-proofing their businesses were certainly hitting home with many of the retailers in the room, nodding heads in agreement with many the industry perspectives he shared. Jim also provided them with 9 concrete strategies of how to combat these turbulent times.

Following Jim’s dynamic presentation, Retail Pro and Microsoft RMS gave individual groups an in-depth view of what’s on the horizon in the upcoming months with their respective solutions, and Easy Retail presented their solutions and met with many of the retail chains in attendance.
